There are items that are gluten free at Smashburger. But after talking with the company, you will want to be cautious, cross contamination could be an issue.

As soon as we arrived at Old Chicago in Uptown Minneapolis, our friends already had a table and had given a head’s up to our server about us needing a gluten-free meal. What our server didn’t know was that I had prearranged our meal already. How did it go at this restaurant known for it’s gluten-filled pizzas and calzones? Plus some insight on how Old Chicago handles gluten-free diets.
