Proof to never let your gluten-free guard down. Just when you thought it was safe to judge food from the gluten-free identifier on the shelf, think again. This luxury of a gluten-free product sticker on the shelf, identifying gluten-free items, was incorrect for the first time I’ve ever seen; incorrectly marking a product that had wheat — as gluten-free.
