Some gluten-free eaters may be contently planning their holiday meals knowing they’ll be cooking their own gluten-free dinner, while others may be “white knuckling” it, worried they’ll get glutened by a well-meaning friend, family member or co-worker who wants to cook for them and won’t take no for answer.
