		<description>Amy, thanks for sharing this information.  See my blog post for all the latest updates on this situation.  I was at the hearing yesterday and it was very interesting.  This has been going on for several months and it is great to see the State of North Carolina defend its citizens like this.  Our state is basically enforcing Gluten Free labeling/claims (via Fraud) when the FDA will not.
