We found out in September 2008 that our oldest child, 13 years old, has celiac disease, and up until this time, she had multiple mouth ulcers, several times a year. Since being on a gluten-free diet she hasn't had any at all. We later found out our middle child had gluten sensitivity, and your blog hits all the symptoms.
