Cinnamon Chex Passes the Test

Gluten-Free Cinnamon Chex Arrives

I finally laid my eyes on the new gluten-free version of Cinnamon Chex! I’d been patiently waiting for this cereal to make it to store shelves.  So when it did, I quickly swiped it up at SuperTarget.  It turns out I should have grabbed more than one box.

As you’ve heard Emma, my gluten-free daughter is a picky one.  But this new cereal I thought she’d like.  So I encouraged her, after I bought it, to just open it up and try a few.  So in the middle of Ida’s soccer game, there she was sitting on a blanket with a big ol’ box of cereal.  Her hands were digging deep for that cereal — because she really liked it.  I tried it too…I thought it was very tasty and it would be a great snacking cereal.  Yay! Another option for snacks!

Wednesday morning Emma even wanted to try the Cinnamon Chex with her pretzels “like a trail mix”, she said.  While she hasn’t reported back as of yet, I was impressed she was willing to even try it.

Anyway, I just needed to tell you about the win with General Mills new gluten-free Cinnamon Chex!  Hopefully if you haven’t seen them at your local market yet, you will soon!  Meanwhile, I’m still waiting on Chocolate and Strawberry too!
