I have been wondering about this since I attended a Celiac Conference last month. I was curious why the doc didn't offer this to my daughter instead of the $1000plus blood tests for everything under the sun despite her brothers dx of celiac disease. Still no dx for her because she's been gf so long she needs to do a gluten challenge diet. Wendy Amy
